Recruitment is a joyous time full of excited chitchat, showers of compliments, and… blistered feet (beauty is pain, ladies). Each school has a different recruitment process, but one thing is always guaranteed: you will be absolutely exhausted by the end of it.
In order to avoid (or lessen) your recruitment hangover, you should be prepared as best you can. Get enough sleep, eat nutritious meals, and make sure you have the following items when the time comes.
